A vintage pleated floor lamp revives the classic Danish silhouette: a slender stem carrying a deeply pleated parchment shade that softens every lumen it releases. It answers the corner of a living room that overhead lighting never reaches, and does so without the visual bulk of a modern uplighter. The pleating is the detail that keeps it looking made rather than moulded, whether it is lit or not. Pleated parchment is the detail that dates the design to mid-century Denmark rather than to any current trend.
The shade is parchment on an iron frame, available at 10, 20 or 30 watts with colour rendering between CRI 80 and 90 at 220 volts. Switching is by button, with remote control on selected models. Finishes pair a white or black stem with a white, red, beige or forest green shade, so the lamp can either recede into a pale room or act as its one point of colour. The three wattages let the same lamp be specified as a soft corner light or as a proper reading lamp.
Beside a sofa it gives a warm reading light at the right height; in a bedroom corner it lifts the ceiling without lighting it directly. The narrow stem keeps the floor area it occupies to almost nothing. DecorNestHub supplies each combination as specified. Forest green and red both work as a single point of colour in an otherwise neutral room.
Free tracked shipping across Europe on every order. If it is not right for your space, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

10 watts for a soft corner light, 20 for general use, 30 when you want a proper reading lamp beside a chair.
Pleated parchment on an iron frame. The pleating is the detail that dates the design to mid century Denmark rather than to any current trend.
White or beige on a white stem disappears into a pale room. Forest green and red both work as a single point of colour in an otherwise neutral scheme.
Selected models add remote control. The rest use a button switch on the lamp.
Colour rendering runs between CRI 80 and 90, which keeps upholstery and timber looking natural rather than washed out.
