Orders & delivery

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from China, directly from our suppliers' warehouses. Decor Nests Hub is run from Barcelona, Spain, but we don't hold stock there.

How much is shipping?
Free, on every order, anywhere in the world, with no minimum spend.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. Enter your address at checkout and you'll see the delivery estimate for your destination.

How long will my order take?
1–3 business days to prepare, then 6–12 business days to Spain and Portugal, 8–15 across the rest of the EU, 10–18 to the UK, Switzerland, US and Canada, and 12–22 to the rest of the world. Full detail on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Will I pay customs or duties?
For EU destinations, VAT is included in the price at checkout. Because parcels are imported from China, customs or the carrier may in some cases charge import duties or a handling fee on delivery, depending on the order value. Outside the EU, import charges are set by the destination country and may be payable on delivery.

Can I track my parcel?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email, or use Track Your Order.

Products

Do your lights come with bulbs?
Integrated LED fixtures arrive ready to use. Fixtures that take a separate bulb list the fitting (E27, E14, GU10) in the product specifications so you can match what you already have.

What voltage are your lights?
Mains-powered fixtures run on 220–240V. If your country uses a different standard or plug type, check the specifications before ordering — you may need an adapter or transformer.

Are the wall clocks silent?
Yes. Our clocks use sweeping silent quartz movements — no second-hand tick.

Do rechargeable lamps need a cable?
Each comes with a USB-C charging cable. Typical runtime is 6–20 hours depending on brightness.

What if I don't like it?
Return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. See Returns & Refunds.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. Every payment is processed over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card details.
