Orders & delivery

How much is shipping?
Free, on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?
1–3 business days to pack, then 6–12 business days to Spain and Portugal and 8–15 across the rest of the EU. Full detail on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Will I pay customs or duties?
No. EU prices include applicable taxes and duties.

Can I track my parcel?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email, or use Track Your Order.

Products

Do your lights come with bulbs?
Integrated LED fixtures arrive ready to use. Fixtures that take a separate bulb list the fitting (E27, E14, GU10) in the product specifications so you can match what you already have.

What voltage are your lights?
All fixtures sold in our European store are 220–240V and ship with an EU plug where a plug is required.

Are the wall clocks silent?
Yes. Our clocks use sweeping silent quartz movements — no second-hand tick.

Do rechargeable lamps need a cable?
Each comes with a USB-C charging cable. Typical runtime is 6–20 hours depending on brightness.

What if I don't like it?

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. Every payment is processed over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card details.
