14-day returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return any product, without giving a reason. This applies to customers in every country we ship to. Full legal details are in our Refund Policy.
What we accept
Items returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. Electrical fixtures must not have been hardwired or installed.
How to start a return
- Email decornestshub@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything to the address on the shipping label.
- Ship the item back within 14 days and send us the tracking number.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Return shipping
If the item arrived faulty, damaged or wasn't what you ordered, we cover return shipping in full. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. As our products ship from China, we'll confirm the return address before you send anything so you know the cost in advance.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size or finish, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Cancelling an order
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund in full, provided it hasn't already shipped.
