What we accept
Items returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. Electrical fixtures must not have been hardwired or installed.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back and send us the tracking number.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a further few days to display it.
Return shipping
If the item arrived faulty, damaged or wasn't what you ordered, we cover return shipping in full. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is yours to arrange.
Exchanges
Want a different size or finish? The fastest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order, so you're not waiting on stock.
Cancelling an order
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund in full, provided it hasn't already shipped.
