Free worldwide shipping — from China
All orders are shipped from China. Decor Nests Hub is run from Barcelona, Spain, but every product is sent directly from our suppliers' warehouses in China to your address. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend, no handling fee at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking when it is dispatched from China.
Delivery times (from dispatch)
- Spain & Portugal: 6–12 business days
- Rest of the EU: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: 10–18 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the world: 12–22 business days
These are estimates from the day your order ships, not the day you order. Peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year) and customs checks can add a few days.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking number in your shipping email, or head to Track Your Order. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first scan — that's normal.
Customs and duties
For EU destinations, VAT is included in the price at checkout. Because parcels are imported from China, customs or the carrier may in some cases charge import duties or a handling fee on delivery, depending on the order value and destination. Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are set by the destination country and may be payable by the recipient.
Split deliveries
If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You're never charged extra for this.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no return shipping to pay.
