Every order from Decor Nests Hub ships free — no minimum spend, no surprise handling fee at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
- Spain & Portugal: 6–12 business days
- Rest of the EU: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: 10–18 business days
Delivery windows are estimates from the day your order ships, not the day you order. Peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) can add a few days.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking number in your shipping email, or head to Track Your Order. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first scan — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Customs and duties
Prices shown include applicable taxes and duties for EU destinations. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.
Split deliveries
If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, so no single piece waits on another. You're never charged twice.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no return shipping to pay.
