14-Day Returns

You can return any product within 14 days of receiving it, without having to give a reason. This is the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union, and we apply the same 14-day period to customers in every other country we ship to.

The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires, by contacting:

You may use the following wording:

“I hereby inform you that I wish to withdraw from my purchase of [product], order number [order number], received on [date].”

After informing us of your decision, you must send the goods back without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision.

Conditions for Returns

Returned products must be in a condition that allows us to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You may handle and inspect the products to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Electrical fixtures must not have been hardwired, permanently installed, modified, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where a statutory exception applies, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost charged for the order (our standard shipping is free).

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are normally processed within 3–5 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Because our products are shipped from China, we will give you the applicable return address before you send anything, so you know the cost in advance.

If the product is faulty, defective, damaged on arrival, or different from the product ordered, DecorNestsHub will cover the return shipping costs and provide the remedy required under applicable law (repair, replacement or refund).

How to Start a Return

Email us at decornestshub@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The product(s) you wish to return
• Your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal

We will reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.

Please do not send products to the address shown on the shipping label or to any address not provided by our customer service team.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or finish, return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped, and we will issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
