Hereinafter referred to as "DecorNestsHub", "Decor Nests Hub", "we", "us" or "our".

2. Business Model

DecorNestsHub is an online retailer run from Barcelona, Spain. We do not manufacture the products we sell and we do not hold stock in Spain: all products are sourced from suppliers and shipped directly from China to the customer's delivery address.

3. Use of the Website

The user agrees to use this website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The website may not be used:

• To carry out fraudulent or illegal activities.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• To interfere with the operation of the website.
• To use information from the website for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel access to the website in case of misuse or use contrary to these terms.

4. Products

We aim to provide accurate information about all our products, including images, dimensions, materials, colours, features and specifications. There may be minor differences between the images displayed and the product received due to lighting, screen settings or the manufacturing process.

The specific characteristics of each product are indicated on its product page. For lighting products, please review the specifications before ordering, especially voltage, bulb type, dimensions, plug type and installation requirements.

5. Prices

All prices are shown in the selected currency and correspond to the price applicable at the time the order is placed. Applicable taxes are displayed during checkout.

We may modify the prices of our products at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Orders

To place an order, the customer must provide accurate and complete information, including contact details and delivery address. After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

We may reject or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including obvious errors in product information, availability issues, reasonable suspicion of fraud, or inability to process the payment. In the event of cancellation by us, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

7. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; DecorNestsHub does not store complete card details. An order is processed only once payment has been successfully authorized.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free on all orders. All orders are shipped from China.

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit times from dispatch are 6–12 business days to Spain and Portugal, 8–15 to the rest of the EU, 10–18 to the UK, Switzerland, the US and Canada, and 12–22 to the rest of the world. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information by email. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control do not necessarily constitute a breach on our part. Where applicable law establishes a maximum delivery period, those consumer rights will be respected.

9. Taxes, Customs and Duties

For EU deliveries, VAT is included in the price shown at checkout. Because products are imported from China, orders may in some cases be subject to import duties or customs handling fees set by the authorities or carrier of the destination country. When such charges are not included in the price shown at checkout, they may be the responsibility of the buyer.

10. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers may return products within 14 calendar days from receipt, without having to give a reason. For consumers in the European Economic Area this is the statutory right of withdrawal; we apply the same period to customers in all other countries. This right is subject to the exceptions established by applicable law.

To exercise it, the customer must clearly notify us of their decision before the period expires, using the contact details above. Products must be returned under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds will be made, whenever possible, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

11. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to what was advertised, the customer should contact us as soon as possible. Consumers have the legal guarantee rights and remedies established by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. These Terms do not limit any legal rights of the consumer.

12. Intellectual Property

Website content, including texts, graphics, logos, designs and code, belongs to DecorNestsHub or to their respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior authorization.

When the customer is a consumer, no provision of these Terms will limit the rights they are entitled to under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence, and the consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
