Shipping & Delivery

Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from China. DecorNestsHub is run from Barcelona, Spain, but we do not hold stock in Spain: every product is sent directly from our suppliers' warehouses in China to your address. The delivery times below already take this into account.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Every order from Decor Nests Hub ships free, with no minimum spend and no additional handling fees at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from China.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from the date your order is shipped:

• Spain & Portugal: 6–12 business days
• Rest of the European Union: 8–15 business days
• United Kingdom & Switzerland: 10–18 business days
• United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
• Rest of the world: 12–22 business days

Total time from order to delivery is therefore approximately 7–15 business days for Spain and Portugal and up to 25 business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates, not guarantees; delivery may take longer during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year), public holidays, customs checks or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show its first scan after dispatch. This is normal.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is included in the price shown at checkout. Because parcels are imported from China, depending on the order value and the destination country, customs or the carrier may in some cases charge import duties or a customs handling fee on delivery.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are set by the local authorities, not by DecorNestsHub.

Split Deliveries

If an order contains several products, they may ship separately and arrive in different parcels or on different dates. You will never be charged extra shipping for split deliveries.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging and photos clearly showing the damage. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay any return shipping.
